Our company manufacturers steel wheels for a variety of automotive manufacturers including General Motors, Ford, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan, Saturn, Subaru and Toyota. Located in Frankfort, Kentucky, TOPY America is a privately owned company and is a subsidiary of TOPY Industries, Ltd. in Japan. Our world headquarters reside in Tokyo and other plant locations include Taiwan, England, Indonesia, as well as the United States, with a sister company located in Chicago.

TOPY America’s mission as a world-class supplier of steel wheels to the automotive industry is to develop and manufacture products of the highest quality while minimizing impacts to the environment. TOPY provides customers throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, and Mexico with high quality steel wheels for passenger cars and light trucks. Using state of the art technology in a high volume production facility TOPY strives to manufacture each wheel to meet its exacting standards, while fulfilling customer specifications. Customer satisfaction is our primary objective. Statistical process control, failure mode and effects analysis and small group quality improvement activities are key elements in achieving this goal.

TOPY invests much of its resources in sophisticated technology and TOPY'S associates play a very important part in its quality achievement. Associates are responsible for weaving improvement activities into their duties in a continual quest for quality. Both as individuals and as a team, associates are committed to incorporating quality, safety, and productivity into every facet of the wheel manufacturing process.
Research for new production methods and materials is an ongoing process at TOPY. CAD and finite element analysis methods are used to develop high quality products. TOPY was the first manufacturer to produce high tensile strength wheels.
